to become a specialist consultant for Net Promoter
Score®, the loyalty metric that has step-changed
the world of business www.netpromoter.com
Through this agreement, Leventer Group will implement
a state-of-the-art customer experience improvement
solution jointly developed by this U.S. consulting
firm and Bain & Company (Boston, Massachusetts)
The Net Promoter Score® model combines the results
of this metric (customer willingness to recommend
the company’s products and/or services) with
several organizational features (leadership, processes,
technological architecture, corporate communications)
to drive business transformation and boost customer
loyalty.
Leventer Group is expected to be ready to deliver
this new service by the end of the year once the
certification process concludes.
