Leventer Group becomes founding member of Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA)


Leventer Group announced that it has become a founding member of Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA), a new global non-profit organization dedicated to the strengthening and advancement of the growing field of customer experience management.

Made up of 47 leading companies including consulting firms, suppliers of solutions and final users, CXPA’s core objective is to spread the value of customer experience as a key element to build customer loyalty, develop best practices both in B2B and B2C markets, and propagate thorough knowledge on the subject.
